Antojitos POS
A complete point-of-sale system designed and built from scratch for Antojitos Street Food, a bar in Arnedo, La Rioja. It replaces a generic till with one shaped around how this bar works: the staff take orders from the counter or from their phones, the kitchen gets its part of each order, and the day closes with the numbers already added up.

The till
One screen for the whole service. Tables are split into bar, interior and terrace, each with its running total. The menu is organised in four colour-coded groups (drinks, food, desserts, others) with their own subgroups, plus a search box for anything else. Every line can change quantity, carry a note or move with its order to another table.
Charging
Cash or card, with a change calculator and one-tap amounts for the usual notes. Confirming prints the ticket on the bar’s thermal printer and opens the cash drawer.
Kitchen
Food lines are sent to the kitchen separately from drinks. When a dish is ready the kitchen marks it and the bar gets an alert, so nobody has to shout across the room.
Notices and offers
An offer lowers a price for the day without editing the product. Items marked as sold out appear crossed out on the till and on every phone at once, and a short note can be left for waiters and kitchen.
Closing the day
Totals by cash and card, VAT breakdown, sales by product and by employee. A partial report can be printed at any time, the day closes on its own at a set hour, and sales export to a spreadsheet.
On the phone
The same system as a handheld order pad: pick a table, add from the menu, and the order shows up on the till straight away.
